We had a comfortable stay at Rolla Residence Hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and authentic food options nearby. Though there were a few minor inconveniences, overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and location.

The hotel is conveniently located near Meena Bazaar and a metro station, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. The rooms are spacious, with large beds, TVs, and separate kitchen areas and bathrooms. The hotel staff is very helpful and the service is excellent. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options, including cereal, fruit, toast, croissants, muffins. The rooftop pool provides a great view and is well-maintained.

The hotel should consider providing free Wi-Fi, as it is essential for travelers to plan their trips and stay connected in today's times.

The hotel had a great location, close to a supermarket and the metro station, making it convenient for shopping and getting around the city. the pool was surprisingly warm and clean, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. the staff were polite, always wearing a smile and willing to help with any requests.

the Wi-Fi was constantly disconnecting, which was frustrating when trying to browse the internet.

One negative aspect is the limited parking space for visitors, which can be a hassle.

Location: the hotel is conveniently located in a prime area with easy access to a 24, hour mart and other shops. the metro station is just a 5, minute walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the city.

Outdated property: the hotel seemed to be quite old and could benefit from a thorough cleaning. the cleanliness and maintenance of the property were not up to par.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaned daily. Service better than a 4* hotel. Free WIFI. Convenient location. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, being close to the metro station and the bustling shopping area of Meena Bazar.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money is incredible - I couldn't believe how affordable it was given the level of service and amenities provided. Secondly, the staff were so attentive and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure my needs were met. And lastly, the rooms were fantastic, complete with a kitchenette and even a balcony to enjoy the views. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the excellent breakfast options that were included.
